Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026.
The service
PrivNet is a portal for managing devices against WireGuard VPN servers. It does not itself operate a public VPN network — the exit servers you connect through are provisioned by your operator.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for what you do over any connection established using a PrivNet-issued device config. Don't use the service for anything illegal, for attacking other systems, or in a way that disrupts other users.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Downgrading takes effect on your next billing cycle. Payments are processed by Paystack under their own terms.
Account suspension
We may disable an account that violates these terms, abuses shared infrastructure, or is used fraudulently. Where possible we'll try to notify you first.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of any exit node, which depends on infrastructure outside the portal itself.
